Polished brass photo-etched filled and electro-lacquered.

Boiler
89mm diameter by 178mm high vertical multi-tube type. Fabricated from heavy gauge copper with brass headers and threaded inserts. All silver soldered. Pressure tested to 140psi. Test certificate supplied.
The boiler fittings comprise of a clack valve, mahogany strip lagging with stainless steel securing bands. Single tone whistle - lever operated. Safety valve, vacuum relief and pressure gauge. Spare tapping for compressed air operation. Site glass with red bead indicator. Fire door and de-mountable flue system.

Super Heater
Stainless steel integrated coil superheater/dryer.

Burner
Ceramic type burner, with main and pilot jets. Main jet stop valve and spark ignition.

Feed Water Tank
70mm diameter by 140mm. All brass construction with drain valve and lid.

Sludge Tank
50mm diameter by 85mm long. All brass construction with drain valve and cast aluminium feet.

Control Manifold
Centralised control arrangement with four precision hand valves controlling throttle, boiler feed pump delivery, blow down and steam lubricator discharge.

Pipe Work
Pre bend/soldered and lagged where required.

Gas Container
With main stop valve and quick change fitting to take a Coleman 250, 70/30 butane gas cartridge. These are readily available worldwide from camping stores etc. Approximate continuous steam time per cartridge is 2 hours.

Gas Control Valve
Switches between pilot and main burners automatically to maintain pre-set boiler steam pressure.
